Bluewindow is a marketplace for luxury yacht charters and high-end private vacation rentals. It connects clients directly with owners, captains, and estate managers — without the need for a brokerage house in between.

Traditional brokers sit between you and the owner, adding fees and slowing communication. Bluewindow removes that layer — owners list directly, clients book directly, and everyone keeps more of what they'd otherwise pay away in commission.

Owners pay flat annual dues instead of a 20% broker commission on every charter. Full pricing is shared directly with Founding Members — dues are typically recovered within the first booking or two.

Yes. Once you're in touch through Bluewindow, you can speak directly with the captain or estate manager before anything is signed — no broker relaying messages in between.

Yes. Bluewindow covers both yacht charters and high-end private vacation rentals, including villas and estates.

No, you can still get bookings through your brokerage house — it would just follow the traditional commission cost structure.

Yes, traditional houses can still bring their clients. You'll still be obligated to pay their 15% client-side commission — the other 5% of the traditional 20% goes to whichever broker lists the boat, which in this case is you, through Bluewindow.

We're proud to introduce an option into the charter market that doesn't include twenty percent payouts to brokerage houses. Bluewindow replaces that with flat annual dues — typically recovered within your first booking or two, then retain 100% of charter funds. There's no intermediary standing between first inquiry and signed contract: your terms are visible from the outset, so serious clients move quickly, and so do you. Extend the savings to stay competitive, and know exactly who you're chartering to before you ever say yes.

Who We Are

Bluewindow ("we," "us," "our") operates bluewindow.com, a marketplace connecting yacht and property owners directly with charter and rental clients. This policy explains what information we collect when you interact with our site — including our owner and client questionnaires — and how we handle it.

Information We Collect

We collect information you choose to give us. This includes:

  • Questionnaire responses — your answers to our owner or client questions, submitted with or without contact information.
  • Contact information — if you indicate interest in becoming a Founding Member, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and (for owners) details about the vessel or property you'd like to list.
  • Correspondence — anything you send us directly by email or other communication.

We do not currently use cookies, analytics trackers, or any other automated method to collect information about your visit. If that changes as the site develops, we'll update this policy to reflect it before doing so.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and, if applicable, follow up about Founding Member status.
  • Understand demand and interest in Bluewindow as we build the platform.
  • Improve the site and the questions we ask, based on the feedback you give us.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not build marketing profiles from it.

What We Don't Do

We will never share, sell, rent, or otherwise communicate the personal information you provide to any third party for their own use — including brokers, brokerage houses, marketing companies, or data resellers. This applies to questionnaire answers as well as contact information.

The only exception is where we use a small number of service providers strictly to operate the site itself — for example, a form-delivery service that routes your submission to our inbox. These providers only see what's needed to deliver your message to us, and are not permitted to use it for any other purpose.

Data Retention

We keep the information you submit for as long as it's useful to the purpose you gave it to us for — generally, until Bluewindow's supply and demand validation process concludes, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so while we work to protect your information, we can't guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

You can ask us at any time to:

  • Tell you what information we have about you.
  • Correct or update that information.
  • Delete your information from our records.

Children's Privacy

Bluewindow is not directed at, and does not knowingly collect information from, anyone under the age of 18.
